We stayed at the hotel in October. We are more than satisfied with the service. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is also delicious. The private beach is right opposite the hotel and there was always a free place and not too crowded, which is great for a vacation. The pool on the top floor is stunning, with great views and a bar. Great hotel for vacation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Dubai, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was nothing short of amazing. Although there was a slight hiccup upon our arrival, as we had to wait for our room after a long 7-hour flight, the hotel staff quickly made it up to us. They surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champion and a beautifully arranged tray of cheese and fruit. I felt that this gesture was a sincere apology for the inconvenience we experienced, and it truly made us feel special and appreciated. What really stood out to me is when the hotel staff went the extra mile to decorate our room for my sister’s birthday. She had no idea it was coming, and the attention to detail and effort put into making it a memorable celebration was truly wonderful. It was evident that the hotel staff genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch throughout our entire stay. They were always available and willing to assist with any request or question we had. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel at home, and their commitment to providing exceptional service truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The staff’s genuine hospitality, their willingness to go above and beyond, and their attention to detail truly set them apart.
